The Centere for Sexuality Research supports critical research on the relationship between sexuality, culture, health and society and wishes to attract international research talents in the area.

More specifically, the centre aims at contributing to debates, research and lectures based on

  • interdisciplinarity in the field of humanities/cultural science, social science and health studies
  • Openness to new and different theoretical, analytical and methodological paradigms
  • Research and knowledge based on non-apriori moral conceptions
  • Examinations of sexuality in seen in the light of broad historical and social fields conditions
  • Research in to sexuality with the aim of shedding light on other historical and social conditions
